Our activity with jobsites is supplemented by an unlimited number of CV searches utilising not only our own extensive database of candidates but also other major CV database resources.
All job advert responses and applications are managed and filtered using our innovative Engage Recruitment Technology – which allows you to see precisely what’s happening 24 hours a day and also shortlist applicants you would like to bring to interview.
We get in touch with candidates to let them know whether they’ve progressed to the interview stage or have been unsuccessful. If requested we will also arrange interviews for you and then follow up on their outcome; ultimately making an offer to the successful candidate or candidates.
