Online recruitment specialists Blue Octopus have been declared winners of the Most Improved Recruiter Award in the low volume Jobsite user category of the RecruitRank 2010 awards. The lavish event held on November 9th at Grace in central London represented a landmark for the Yorkshire based recruitment organisation – as they took home a coveted award having been the only company nominated as finalists in all 5 awards in their category.
Now in their 5th year, the RecruitRank awards are the only accolades in the recruitment industry which are judged solely on the experience and feedback of user’s of the nominees’ services. Founded and run by leading website Jobsite, the RecruitRank Awards represent a resounding thumbs up from the people that matter most: actual users. Award nominees are decided by direct consultation of the confidential feedback left by users of the recruitment organisation’s services through the Jobsite portal: making for a much more accurate analysis of relative strengths and weaknesses than is provided by a conventional panel of judges. The relevance of the awards is echoed by the sentiments of Jobsite CEO Keith Potts:
